African customers inspected the drip irrigation tape production line, jointly exploring new space for agricultural water conservation cooperation

On October 28th, customers from the African market visited our company's factory and focused on conducting on-site inspections of the drip irrigation tape production line.

The customer first entered the production workshop and successively visited the core processes such as raw materials, drippers, drilling, winding and online inspection. We provided on-site explanations of the production process of the inlaid patch drip irrigation tape, with a focus on demonstrating the inlaying accuracy of the drippers, the hole positioning system, and the online control of wall thickness. In response to the small-flow irrigation demand that is widely concerned in the African market, the production process of a single-hole product with a flow rate of 2L/h was demonstrated, and data explanations were provided regarding the flow uniformity (CV value) and anti-clogging performance. The customer stopped at the online inspection station, carefully examined the flow sampling inspection records of each roll of products, and expressed their recognition of our company's quality control capabilities.

This visit by African clients is not only a test of our company's drip irrigation tape manufacturing capabilities, but also opens a window for in-depth cooperation between both sides in the African agricultural water-saving market. The company will continue to focus on product reliability and localized services to deeply cultivate overseas markets, contributing to water conservation and efficiency improvement in African agriculture.
